4 Year Update - Ann is still the best. I still see her every once in a while to kill the random and infrequent stubborn hairs that just love to pop up below my chin. Thermolysis never really worked all that well for me, I feel like I wasted way too much money on that modality. So grateful that I found Ann when I moved back to MD and that she does the blend modality. She’s the only person I’ve found in the DMV who does it. Plus she’s a pretty awesome person!

Ann is awesome. Ive been seeing her for electrolysis and she’s top notch. I’ve had electrology with several different people in several different states and she’s one of the most skilled I’ve had the pleasure of seeing.

I had a great experience with the professional husband/wife team, Dr. Alan Rohrer and Nurse Ann Rohrer, at the Crystal Lume Medical Spa. They took excellent care of me, and explained everything they did and why. They are very caring and oriented to getting you exactly what you want. I felt that I was in excellent hands, and I am very happy with the results of the treatment I got. Also their prices are reasonable.

I really liked their style and the service provided. Ann is super fun and untraditional in her style, friendly, and keeps it real - she'll recommend things but never pushes and I really appreciate that. Dr. Rohrer is friendly and knowledgeable and will answer any questions you ask about the treatments in detail. Got my lip fillers and minimal botox and it looks great - could not have asked for a better look or price. I didn't have thin lips to begin with so I was nervous about it looking too much but also didn't want something so natural that it wouldn't look any different. Dr. Rohrer did not overfill or underfill my lips - he gave me just the perfect top lip shape. It really must be his experience because they were swollen right after but the bruising and swelling lasted only 2 days (they told me to ice it and i did) and now they look SO good.

The location is inside the EZ care and you'll need to reach out to them first. Their hours actually work out perfectly for those like me that have a 9-5 job. Would absolutely recommend them and I can't wait to revisit for a VI peel next 🙂

I been here one time and loved the place. Dr.is very updated on all procedures. Crystal was very helpful and even worked around my income. Definitely would recommend this office. I look forward to seeing them again soon.

The first time I was disappointed that my appointment had to be rescheduled due to a family emergency. I'm happy I waited; both Ann and her husband's team were a wonderful treat. They made me feel very welcome and talked me through an unknown process for me. Thank you for all you do, and I will see both of you again!

I just got Botox for the first time last week at crystal lume med spa. I was alittle nervous but as soon as I met Ann and Alan the nervousness went away. They are so welcoming and knowledgeable!
